You will need to be proficient in both MIG & TIG welding, have a good practical understanding of Auto Electrical & Mechanical work. Check out the details below Apprentice Mechanic We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our team at The 4WD Shed.... The successful applicant will have a passion for 4WDs & all things mechanical, we are looking for someone willing to learn. This is an entry level posistion & the perfect place to turn your passion into a career. You will be apprenticed as a Motor Mechanic, in our new well-equipped workshop, you will learn all facets of the trade but will also be learning fabricating & auto electrical as well. Our goal is to make you the best mechanic you can be! The ideal applicant will have finished year 12 VCE or VCAL & have reliable transport (licence preferred but not essential if under 18) & be able to get to Bayswater under their own steam. MUST be reliable, well presented, have a Can-do attitude, be able to follow direction & a genuine desire to get into the motor trade & make it your career.
