23.01.2022 This is the process for cutting the splines on the new drive adaptor for the Pugeot transfer case. We are using a Haas CNC machine. I am lucky that my friend Scotty installed it at the 4wd workshop so it has now opened up a new world of machining capabilities for us.

23.01.2022 The supercharged SRT engine is taking shape, not long now!!

20.01.2022 Interesting to watch the CNC Mechine making the female section of the press tooling for the Toyota Land Cruiser intercooler manifold.

20.01.2022 We have been telling people to get their vehicles serviced so that an unexpected accident doesn’t happen due to lack of or poor servicing. This is a classic case of poor servicing and could have cost the driver or other drivers on the road their life’s. The lower ball joint separated and fortunately it happened at low speed as he was recently on the freeway and dogged a bullet!!

20.01.2022 First power run after many hours or re programming the ECU with 11lb of boost More tuning to be done tomorrow

19.01.2022 Whilst this dreadful Corona Virus is about we are offering a free Vallet service where we will come to your home or work, sanitise you’re vehicle, take it back to work and do all your repairs and service work as required. When the job is done we will call you for credit card payment over the phone and we will drop your re sanitised vehicle back to you, so stay safe!!

18.01.2022 The SRT 6.4 is built and finally in the car, time to connect all the accessories and start it up!!

18.01.2022 The last power run on the SRT 6.4 supercharged Hemi I built. The engine has a forged rotating assembly with a Bullet Supercharger bolted on and I must say it is a quick car.

11.01.2022 Just a quick message to remind people that I know lots of you want to get away this Easter weather it is the bush , the beach or just get away and visit friends and family. Just a quick video to remind people to get their vehicles checked over prior to their Easter Holidays. Call Myself or Michael and have your vehicle checked over before your big trip, remember to drive carefully, be forgiving to other road users. Happy Easter to All!!

05.01.2022 The two male dies for the land cruiser inlet manifold intercooler!!

05.01.2022 It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing on Sunday morning 30/8/2020 of Jack Vandenbrink . Jack was not only a great and loyal client of The 4WD Workshop but a good friend. Jack passed away peacefully after a brief illness. Jack was a very cheerful man socially and great company to be in and will be missed by many. We will miss his visits for a coffee and chat, trips up to his ski lodge to do maintenance on the diesel generator. Jack is survived by his wife Kare...n and sons Richard and robert. Jack was fastidious with his maintenance of his beloved 60 series which I must say I am yet to see a finer example of. God bless you Jack, until we meet again. See more

04.01.2022 We had a job in on Saturday , a Holden Colorado with a damaged rear wheel bearing and axle. As we could not obtain a replacement axle so we repaired the original one.

04.01.2022 Finally finished the short splined shaft for the drive outlet on the Dangel Pugeot 504 so it won’t be long now.

02.01.2022 The drive assembly for the Pugeot transfer case is finished and all we need to do now I’d to make the short drive shaft with splined ends
