25.01.2022 Market Day Tips for SUNDAYS market May be a little wet underfoot early after overnight rain but promises to be a perfect day to stroll around the market Christmas Shopping With easing of restrictions since the last market advice from the DHSS is as follows Masks ... Stallholders if they can social distance behind their tables do not need to wear masks. If they are interacting in their stall then they do need to wear a mask Shoppers are still advised to wear masks walking around especially if they are cuing but do not need to if they are eating or drinking We will be promoting a one way system (anti clockwise) around the park to help with flow. 13.01.2022 Thank you The 5ifth Market Shoppers & Stallholders who made yesterday’s comeback from lockdown market, so very very successful for everyone involved As I walked around the market it was amazing to see all the stallholders busy serving customers putting a smile back on their faces, after a very tough winter. Some stallholders sold out, some had record days but all the stallholders reported what an amazing vibe the market had and that was down to the thousands of Chelsea... locals who turned out, smiling (behind their masks) socially distancing, while catching up with freinds and also ready to spend after months of lockdown. We hope you enjoyed yourself. The 5ifth Market has really captured the Chelsea locals hearts in a beautiful location and I must finally thank City of Kingston for their support in helping me easily turn this market around in just 4 days and my staff who kept everyone safe and smiling.
