05.01.2022 Who would have thought after 37 years cooking experience in Ballarat, Id open a cafe at my age. Ive lived in Ballarat for almost 45 years and run my own restaurants and function centres. Ive also been head chef for numerous food venues in Ballarat. As well as worked as an innovation chef for a major international food company. Im excited and looking forward to the new challenges ahead. We will be concentrating on the cafe but offside catering will be another part of our business. - Andrew Skipper
