24.01.2022 Despite strong opposition from Labor, the Greens and independent MPs, the Coalition government shut down debate in the House of Representatives to rush through changes to Australian environmental laws. These changes favour building new gas and fossil fuel projects over protecting the environment. We must be strengthening our laws to protect the natural environment, not weakening them. These changes are being passed onto the Senate, and the Climate and Health Alliance (CAHA) is calling upon you to sign their petition, which calls for the Senate to vote against these changes. To sign the petition and for more information, please visit: https://www.caha.org.au/senate-environment

19.01.2022 From the UK: Skin and hair can be integral to a young black persons sense of self. Yet in the UK, black children and young people face discrimination about their bodies.
