19.01.2022 Time to get into character! Here are some cool recent snaps from the recent exam period of our students in their character get-up! For those of us who don't know, character dance is a subdivision of classical dance, and is the stylized representation of a traditional folk or national dance (mostly from European countries). It uses movements and music which have been adapted for the theater. The more you know!

12.01.2022 Our very talented vocal student Sashenka Adikaram practicing for her grade 8 AMEB exam. Sashenka studies singing with Miss Eloise and has done so since her primary shcool days. Whitney Houston songs are not easy, and yet Sashenka had this one down with heaps of practice time left to polish it up before her exam day. What a talented young singer!

09.01.2022 Time to close the final curtain... To all our students, teachers, family and friends, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your on-going support of the studio over the years. This is a wonderful community full of passionate people, and we have high hopes that our students are destined for great things when they move on from here. Good luck to all on your future endeavours! We hope that no matter what, dance always plays an important and enriching part of your lives. Goodbye for now!

01.01.2022 Have you heard? Our final end of year concert is THIS SUNDAY! Emphasis on 'final' as well- 'My Dream: My Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter of Dance' marks APAM's last concert of all time, as we say farewell to our students, families, teachers, and our beloved friend and mentor Pauline Hincks, who has been teaching and sharing her love of dance for over 54 years. As we draw back the final curtain, join us to see the result of years of dedication and hard work from our students and teachers. In the mean time, we wish everyone safe and happy holidays
