14.01.2022 According to a new position paper published in the prestigious scientific journal Lancet Psychiatry, the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as social isolation, may have long term negative effects on mental health. However, we can do much to mitigate these effects and protect our mental health, such as: "...increased opportunities to elicit community support, exercise, social activities, training in assertiveness and conflict resolution, and group interventions that ...provide support through peers." So take action now and protect your own mental health and your loved ones! https://www.thelancet.com//PIIS2215-0366(20)30168/fulltext
