24.01.2022 Sidestepping into the weekend and sunshine......... So PTs are currently allowed to train 1:1 or 1:2 on public land (parks). I’d love to stretch the rules and train on the driveway or my car park area but not willing to risk up to $20,000 fine, so the park it is for this week and next 2 weeks. 17.01.2022 Tony posted this yesterday. I’ve been mulling over it most of last night. I agree with nearly everything this legend stands for. He makes so many great points. Protection of mental health being the main one I am still scarred by the uncleanliness of one gym I worked at for years (and a few others that I’ve trained at) but I think pretty much all gyms will step up their game 100% because of covid. If you see your gym doesn’t, call them out on it. Let’s get gyms back open ASAP.

11.01.2022 We are moving full on into Xmas and feeling very lucky we’ve made it or still swimming through these testing times. BUT.......have you heard recently that the homeless were moved out of hotels and most back onto the harsh reality of living on the streets again? So as always the women are in need of sanitary products. I have a drop off point (of The Melbourne Period Project) so if you are able to stretch your shopping bill just a couple dollars more and throw a packet that’s on special in your trolley to bring to me, I can do the rest! Any brand of tampon or pads is welcome. Let’s help make life a little easier for some sisters in need. Coach Kelli xxxx

Not to take away from any other cancer or sickness, but this month shines a light on boobies. Check em. Feel em. Know them. I think a lot of us have neglected certain things due to the pandemic and it’s time to flick the switch back on for looking after your medical needs & checks. Please take it from a survivor, I don’t wish treatment for this horrible disease on anyone. Check da boobies.
