A mother's bond with her baby begins within the womb and continues after the baby's birth. Hope you enjoy watching this amazing video. http://bit.ly/2tQfAkX

22.01.2022 Tummy time tips: Try relaxing on the couch and placing baby on your chest, this will encourage them to lift their head, strengthening their neck & back muscles and gaining head control. If you can do skin to skin at the same time, then even better!

16.01.2022 Play Dough recipe! - 2 cups of plain flour - 1 cup of water - 1 cup of salt ... - 2 tablespoons of oil (can also use coconut oil for extra smoothness!) - 4 teaspoons of Cream of Tartar - Food colouring (optional - but you do need quite a bit for bright colours) Stir all together in a pot on the stove (low temp) until the dough forms in to a big ball, it will seem sticky at first but keep stirring and doesn't take long to go nice and smooth. Have fun!

06.01.2022 MEN ARE SPECIAL TOO. Research shows that a male role model can have a huge impact on behaviour, which ultimately leads to happier, more productive children. The more actively involved and interested the father is, the greater the intellectual development of his children. Quality of interaction is more important than the total amount of time spent with the child. Paternal involvement adds to the development of the child in a unique and important way. Fathers/men generally en...courage exploratory skills, which support the development of independence. They may also engage in rough-housing activities such as wrestling and chasing, which reinforces the notion of self control. Fathers/men that are good at playing with their children challenge them to find new ways of doing things. This has a huge impact on thinking, reasoning and problem solving skills. Babies reach physical milestones sooner when dads/men are actively involved in their play. They are also more likely to make friends and behave less aggressively when they go to school. http://bit.ly/2tmTaLJ
