02.01.2022 Public service announcement! Unfortunately in Tasmania, a new legislation was passed and changed the way Cosmetic Registered Nurses can inject! Previously we were able to work with a Doctor via Skype to gain a valid script to proceed with cosmetic injectable for our clients. ... This has now changed to a doctor must be present at the clinic at the time of all injecting and script the client in person! Therefore we have had to limit our Registered Nurse Shannon’s, injection times to Friday afternoons due to doctor availability. We understand this is a big inconvenience to all our patients and staff. However safety and legal restrictions are important and we only want to do what is right.
