07.01.2022 WOW. Jordan Andonovski from @theagencyillawarra sold a historic dairy in Gerringong for close to 100 per cent over the reserve. Damien Cooley called the auction, there were 17 registered bidders, the reserve was set for $1.13 million and the hammer fell $1.12 million above that at $2.25 million. Amazing work.
