19.01.2022 To help support the incredible work being carried out by Foodbank Victoria our Chair Nicole Newman is donating her Warehouse to collect food for the Bushfire Relief effort being conducted by Foodbank Victoria. The Food Purveyor will be accepting donations at their Warehouse on Monday 6th January between 10am - 3pm. They are located at 2/55 Little Fyans Street in South Geelong. Ideal items to donate are good quality tinned food (with ring pulls), UHT milk, items that are ea...sy to just ‘grab and go’ like muesli bars, cereals, biscuits, and pantry staples. We are also accepting pet food, sanitary and personal hygiene items including toilet paper, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc. Please do not donate any razors, medicine, alcohol, bedding or clothing (new or used). Other charities will accept these items, but our sole focus is to provide emergency food relief. Thank you all for your support! See more

17.01.2022 Rocket Seeder is running a 9-week accelerator program for food & agriculture startups at The Hive (SW TAFE) in Warrnambool, starting on 10 February, and we would be grateful if you could share this opportunity with your network. We have had some people drive 5 hours to do the program in Melbourne, so we would expect that people within a 2-3 hours radius of Warrnambool would consider doing the program. The program is free, however, we require 100% commitment in return.
