03.01.2022 Yes, today we officially said BYE to Bill, aka The One and Only Grumpy Barista.(swipe right to see more grumpy faces) It has been four years for this guy pouring every cup of coffee perfectly for the neighbourhood. He knows every regular’s name and their coffee modifiers: double ris, strong, half sugar, extra hot, less than 3/4 full etc. It will be sad not seeing his grumpy face behind the machine in the morning, but his professionalism in workplace, dedication to quality an...d cultivation in specialty coffee will keep inspiring us to do coffee right.
