10.01.2022 Today's training session: Circuit sess - 5 exercises x 5 rounds. Try complete in 25-30min - Warm up - 100 star jumps... 1. 15 burpees or half burpees on a step 2. Abs: 20 bicycles each side 3. 15 push ups on knees or toes 4. 25 bodyweight full squats 5. 45-60 sec bridge/ plank Repeat 5 rounds - cool down 5-10 min walk and a stretch
