To celebrate FINALLY being open for business and launch of our full menu The Alley Luijiaoxiang Orange is offering a buy one get one free on a select range of drinks! Buy one from our Premium Milk tea series, Original Brewed tea series and our Signature Brown sugar deerioca series (Matcha and Cocoa excluded) and get another free (limit of 2 free drinks per customer).... 19.01.2022 To our Deer-est Customers, You've been asking, you've been demanding, you've been... well everything short of branding pitchforks and flaming torches but it's finally happening. Announcing the addition of 3 new drinks to our line up.... The Snow Velvet Mango Lulu, The Mango Lulu with Coconut Milk and last but not least, the highly requested Morning Dawn Aurora. Just in time for the more hospitable weather; come try one of our new drinks and try to convince yourself "See, there are some good things that happened this year", and toast to 2020 coming closer and closer to an end (and good riddance!). We are now open 7 days a week and should there be enough demand we are looking at staying open for after school trade, but only if our customers let us know it's a good idea. Sadly for us, but thankfully for our customers, we didn't completely deplete our stock yesterday so we've decided to open for a few more hours today to see if we can't get rid of it all. We will trade from 11am to 3pm OR until we run out of stock, so race down to ensure you don't miss out before we go on our break. After "You know what" making everything from travel, to shopping to going out difficult, we've finally got these delicious pearls back on the menu.... Thank you once again for such a successful day, it gives us great pleasure to provide our lovingly crafted bubble teas to an appreciative public who have embraced us so willingly and enthusiastically. Unfortunately some people who arrived on the day saw our store open and was hoping to order then and there and were left disappointed, for this we apologize and strongly suggest you follow our Facebook page to keep updated as to our order days so no on...e is left without their delicious tea. Once again we were left shocked at how many people ordered on the day and it's our hope to continue to do these days and expand our offerings to more teas and for longer. 15.01.2022 To Our Deer-Customers, We've decided to bite the bullet and test the waters. We are going to reopen for 2 days this week with our full menu (subject to stock availability) to gauge customer interest, the Central West has gone too long without its Bubble tea fix and we wish to make it all better.... We will be opening Friday 15th between the hours of 11am to 3pm and Saturday 16th from 10:30am to 3pm;- please come support us and get your favourite tea, we wish to open more days for more hours but we are using these 2 days to test if it'll be worthwhile. Bring your friends and your family and break out of your isolation blues with a delicious tea from our menu, maybe even introduce your friend's to "Boba" and what they've been missing. The health and safety of everyone is still our main concern so please observe all the social distancing rules still in place, we can happily prepare your order while you explore Orange City Centre and shop with all the retailers that are now opening their doors to the public. 11.01.2022 Well Deer-Fans... We heard the messages loud and clear and decided to treat you like the awesome people you are... And announce the release of not 1 but 2 drink series. The Winter Series and the Aurora Series!... Yes they've been sitting on our menu board taunting you and being a thorn in our side when people dare ask the questions... We say "No More!" The Winter series is here to ease our path through until Spring time, we are offering Brown Sugar Ginger Tea and Brown Sugar Ginger Milk Tea;- this series is purely seasonal and will disappear when the chills leave the Orange air... Which knowing Orange might be Mid November The Aurora series is our premium bottled world class tea... We won't spoil the experience by trying to describe it, merely ask that you give it a shot... But the Aurora series comes with 3 caveats... 1) We are limiting the flavours to only Northern Lights as the fresh ingredients for Morning Dawn isn't in season yet... 2) We are limiting the Aurora series to only Saturday right now as we will have specialised staff purely doing Aurora as there is a 10 min wait time from order to ready and we wish to nail our training down... 3) We insist you spread the pictures of your Aurora drink far and wide on social media, it's basically the world's most Instagram-able drink, you HAVE to make everyone jealous... 10.01.2022 To our Deer-Customers, Due to the overwhelming... very overwhelming response we had last week with our 2 days opening we have decided to go for 3 this week. We will open Thursday (21), Friday (22) and Saturday (23) this week from 10:30am to 3pm for all your Bubble Tea needs.... To the customers who attended last week, we apologise profusely if we had sold out of your preferred drink by the time you reached us, we were caught off guard with how busy it actually was and had to leave some of you heartbroken and disappointed, for this we are very sorry. We ask that everyone let us know your feelings by continuing to frequent our little kiosk, as long as there's a demand, we'll continue to expand our opening times and days to ensure everyone is happy. 10.01.2022 To our Deer-Fans, We've received the feedback that a number of our school age customers are frustrated with missing out due to us closing at 3pm;- well we've got good news. We are now pushing our operating hours out to 4pm starting the 19th so you guys are able to come grab a tea following school.... We have been nothing short of blown away by the reception in the Central West;- our grand opening saw us produce 426 cups of tea for our customers in the space of a few hours and we couldn't have done this without the support and understanding of those who decided to come out and try our product. You have our word that we will continue to do our very best for ...those who have been so welcoming of such a niche product and for those who have been patient during our "Bambi" phase while we find our feet and work out the best way to serve our customers. Thus we're going to stay open as to not break any more hearts.... 08.01.2022 Hi Deer Customers! Due to the weirdness that's currently affecting us all, we've decided to take a break for the short term. You can rest assured this is in no way a long term or permanent break.The reception we've recieved to our open has been amazing and overwhelming and we are extremely reluctant to take the break however in the current crisis we would be doing our staff and customers a disservice by not taking things very seriously and putting health and safety first.... Friday the 27th March will be our final day of trade until further notice. Please come down and get your fix before we go on break. Our trading hours are 11am to 3pm. 01.01.2022 Deer-customers, We've had some interesting feedback from people stating along the lines of "I really wanna try your Bubble Tea but I don't know what I'm doing" so we're making a post for those who are a little intimidated by the whole thing. Please, share this with "All the people". 1: First things first:- What is Bubble Tea?... Bubble Tea was originally invented in Taiwan by shaking a tea with chunks of ice to create a layer of foamy bubbles at the top... and does NOT refer to the chewy tapioca pearls that are traditionally added;- shocking right? 2: What does Bubble Tea taste like? Well, that's a very broad question, similar to asking "What does music sound like?";- there are so many different types and varieties it's impossible to answer with any accuracy, its best just to try a few and see for yourself. 3: OK Smartass, how do I try? Firstly, thank you, second... Start by coming up to see our menu, which we know is a little confusing so we'd best direct you to the Top 8 drinks;- The Alley Lujiaoxiang is famous for its Brown Sugar Deerioca drinks so if you're game, we'd suggest giving one of these a shot, however, if you're in the mood for something a little more fruity or refreshing, we'd suggest a Passionfruit Green Tea or the ever popular Snow Strawberry Lulu. 4: What if I'm still unsure of all these fancy sounding drinks and want something simple? We'd suggest you try our "Royal Number 9" Milk tea, this is a Blue-Berry flavoured milk tea, sweet and creamy and is fully customisable in terms of sweetness, temperature and toppings, this tea can be made exactly to your specifications. The vast majority of our menu is customisable but the Royal Number 9 is a great starting spot. 5: What are the "little ball thingies at the bottom" and "Do I have to have them?" Those are Tapioca pearls, often confused for the "Bubbles" in "Bubble-tea", they're chewy and sweet and are traditionally added to Bubble Tea but no, they're NOT compulsory but we'd highly suggest giving them a try, if only for the experience. If you're still unsure or just curious, just come up and grab a take-away menu so you can run away without being noticed (wuss), or have a chat with one of the staff at the shop, we don't bite (anymore...) and will be happy to talk you through it, especially if you're after something in particular. Please share this post with everyone you know;- hopefully this will clear up some confusion and lead to new and happy deer-fans rather than the masses of scared, confused people checking us out from a distance but afraid to come up and have a chat.
