25.01.2022 On by the glass, though you may just order the bottle, this weekend. The 2018 Belinda Thompson 'Sea Party' Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, produced with Crawford River Wines. This unsulfured, unfined and unfiltered oxidative white from Crawford River is simply spellbinding, an equal match to our rainbow trout. Bottoms up.
