12.01.2022 Do you know the difference between German & Roman Chamomile? I find the difference between the two fascinating and am lucky to be growing both in my back garden! While Roman Chamomile’s sweet, heavenly aroma is wonderful for calming the nervous system, German Chamomile has a green, zesty scent and is predominantly harnessed for it’s anti-inflammatory, soothing effect on the skin. Very excited to use this gorgeous flower in my next infusion! What herbs are you growing this spring?
