23.01.2022 ~ Covid-19 Update ~ As everyone is well aware we are in a State of Emergency. The health and safety of our apprentices, trainees and host employers are most important to us!... Therefore if we do find out that the rules as stipulated by the State Government have been broken, the trainee or apprentice will be asked to stay home and not attend work. If we all work together, we will come out of this pandemic strong and be able to get back into the workplace. Remember wear a mask & wash your wands

10.01.2022 ~ Apprentice Profile ~ Marcus Rossignuolo - M&L Nardella Home Builders Marcus always knew he wanted to do an apprenticeship, so registering as a candidate with The Apprenticeship Factory to help find the right employment was a natural step.... Working with The Apprenticeship Factory Field Officers, Marcus landed a 4 year apprenticeship with M&L Nardella Home Builders. Starting in February this year, Marcus has fitted perfectly into the business getting along with owner Mick. I have really enjoyed the first 6 months, we can all laugh together but still get the job done. Doing an apprenticeship has allowed Marcus to have a more hands on approach to learning, "Everyday is different, so you're constantly learning new things".
