13.01.2022 STG 2020 State Championships A MASSIVE congratulations to Hunter the Huntsman Britten and Jaxton Wildboy Britten for both competing for this weekend in a round-robin tournament. Hunter the Huntsman Britten brought home a gold medal by finishing three of his fights with submissions, 2 Americanas and 1 Rear Naked Choke!... Jaxton Wildboy Britten won bronze, having finished 2 of his fights by submission, both Rear Naked Chokes! Also a shout out to coach Brendan for going down to coach and support our competitors! Thank you

12.01.2022 We have now teamed up with Victory Recovery Systems "Elite recovery products for casual or competitive combat athletes to train safely and maximise their performance." We have a display set up at the front counter, pop in and try out the massage gun, vibrating roller and glute bands! ... If you love the products you are able to order them through us too, just speak to admin staff for details.

09.01.2022 Don't forget our upcoming Grading Day!!! To check your eligibility to grade, please check the list on the whiteboard at the gym. Then see the front counter to grab your Grading Guidelines and Grading Sheet Payments must be made by November the 27th. Good luck to all students!
