24.01.2022 Join me tomorrow Live on FaceBook Tomorrow Wednesday 25th of November at 7:30pm.

24.01.2022 When I receive an e-mail like this, I feel so much joy. Action Taken Boundaries Set Education Shared... If you are ready to take action and eliminate overwhelm, I would love you to come and join this round of the Time Activator Group Program. 24.01.2022 Whether you are a small business owner or head several businesses, there will always be a series of responsibilities and actions required of you. It can be a challenge to deal with many things at once and not let your day become chaotic. That's why it makes sense for companies to implement business management software to stay on top of everything.... If you were to ask me - I use CLICKUP which is like ASANA/TRELLO. Why? Because of the functionality and the way it can be really designed to suits your individual businesses. Every business is different so it has that opportunity to be really designed to suit you. Everything can be included: Every action for your business and personal Procedures and workflow templates Client communications Everything consolidated into one central location An area that captures all your business-critical information that will enhance your onboarding process with new team members and even increase the value of your business if you look to sell in the future. How to START? The best thing to do is to do a really big brain dump of all the information at a high level. Don't go into too much detail. Make an outline of all the areas of your business and all the types of tasks that you do. Nowadays, more and more organisations or companies are investing in business management software to get things done, predict risks, and improve overall efficiency. I would love to know what business management tools are you using to support your business?

24.01.2022 We are arriving at the end of what some would say was the year of the rollercoaster. The entire world came to a halt. Some businesses thrived whilst others did not survive.... I look back at this time, in particular at all the positivity that i experienced. Spending time with my family The encouraged slow down Refocus on what is important Creating new and fabulous relationships with my communities. 2021 I see will be an amazing year. Continue to grow and develop my business Enjoy creating music and singing more Navigating life as a parent of a school child Most importantly going on adventures with my family. First stop - Camping over New Years' with a group of friends. What are you looking forward to next year?

23.01.2022 Taking the step to start your own business creates a flurry of emotions. Excitement Fear Joy... And a few "am I doing the right thing" moments. However, I can truly say to you right now this was the best decision I ever made. Yes, it can be unsettling not knowing if you are going to succeed, but for me, this was a driver to really dive in and give it my wholehearted all. Throughout this year we have all been presented with a variety of challenges Home Schooling Lockdown Uncertainty There was a point right at the start of Corona arriving in Australia that I had to decide with the path I was going to travel. A: Going back to the safety of the known. Working for someone, not stepping 100% into who I wanted to become B: Jump into the unknown. Embrace every opportunity, every stunning relationship, be present and active in my communities and just be who I knew I was meant to be. I select B as my option and never looked back. This year in a nutshell Created fabulous new business and personal connections - all online (and have now met some in real life ) Onboarded amazing clients who are exactly who I want to be working with Launched my website and socials 15 Speaking opportunities *not including my own webinars Created and launched a beta round of my program *watch this space for the next launch Engaged the amazing services of a VA Launched my Facebook Community Acquired soooooo much knowledge from all the beautiful business connection and training I have completed Shared my love for ClickUp with whoever would listen Rediscovered my love for singing Personal growth and really stepping into ME... I am going to look back on this year with such Joy and I can't wait to see what 2021 is going to bring...

22.01.2022 Your overflowing task list does not need to continue to cause you overwhelm. It is all about the way you view your list. Think about your task list as one big spreadsheet of data. At first, when you look at this information it does not always clearly present the outcome you are trying to achieve.... Then you apply categories, filters and create a view that will introduce simplicity, a clear outcome and way to digest your information. Take some time today to study the way you currently manage your day and allocation of tasks. What is working? What is not? I would love you to share a tip below that is working for you so we can support our community on their journey. See more

08.01.2022 Introducing new work practices or habits can be challenging, especially at the start. You know what you need to do, but your actions easily revert backwards at a moments notice. This is a conversation that I had recently with one of my clients. She was annoyed at herself for falling back into the old way.... My response. It's ok, You have acknowledged that you want to be working a better way. Start again tomorrow and you will be there in not time flat. One technique to assist with the successful uptake of your new habit is to use James Clears Habit Loop. He talks about the four stages of creating good habits. The 1st Law | Cue - Make it obvious The 2nd Law | Craving - Make it attractive The 3rd Law | Response - Make it easy The 4th Law | Reward - Make it satisfying Who doesn't like a reward? A live example from my day today. Cue - Sitting down in front of my computer Craving - Remove a task for my list Response - Starting my cute Pomorodo timer for my sprints Reward - Feeling satisfied I have completed my client project You can find more information here https://jamesclear.com/three-steps-habit-change What is a habit you have been trying to create?

02.01.2022 Every experience is a building block to who we are today. On my 21st Birthday, my parent's gift to me was a return trip to London. Little did I know that this would start me on the journey to where I am today. For those who know me, I am a planner. Completing the research, weighing up the options before reaching the decision.... But on this particular day, something else drove my desire for change. My parents were travelling over to Europe in under two months for a holiday and the question was raised, "Nicole, do you want me to book you a seat on the leg to London?". Half an hour later, I had said yes and my ticket was booked. On the day I departed Melbourne, I had $2000 in my bank account, a room to rent for a month in Brighton and I knew less than 5 people. The result of taking this step I lived in London for 6 years Worked for two fantastic global companies Obtained a mountain of experiences and skills Created life long friendships Met my wonderful Husband Simon I sometimes wonder, where would I be right now if I had not made that snap decision? Something we will never know and something I would never want to change. Trust in yourself when you are presented with opportunities, you never know where that path will take you.

Best Contact: www.theartisans.com.au http://www.linkedin.com/company/theartisanssolutions http://www.instagram.com/theartisanssolutions/ Hello, I am Nicole. My surname is Smith and the definition of Smith is denoting a person skilled in creating something with a specified material. After working with many variations there was nothing that landed for me. So I investigated and discovered Artisan a worker in a skilled trade, especially one that involves making things by hand. I loved the meaning behind both Smith and Artisan and it resonated that what I do for my clients is working in my skilled trade to design and build processes that will support growth. And here we are The Artisans Business Solutions! Working within the SME space on my return from working in London for large financial organisations, I was able to instigate change quickly and positively impact the businesses through the implementation of streamlined processes. There was one common theme I identified within the SME space, successful thriving businesses, with their foundational processes not designed to support growth. This is a space where I understand the benefit of investing time to introduce efficiencies will save time and money and increase overall performance and wanted to share this knowledge with these amazing business owners. When I work with you, I understand you and your goals, then declutter, organise and streamline your business’ systems to help you achieve them. Simplifying processes and implementing structure supports your business’ growth, while freeing up your time. At the Artisans we won’t judge where you are, we’re excited about where you are going. 02.01.2022 Being part of a community and creating genuine connections is so important to me. Starting my business at the start of 2020, I had no idea that my plans for connecting in person would go out the window.. Waterman Business Centres opened their virtual doors, not only for our community members to share their knowledge through the ongoing webinar series, but also continued to provide opportunities for us all to connect and build strong relationships with other fabulous people.... Thank You for being the constant for us all throughout this year.

01.01.2022 The Carols, the Tree, the Baking, I just love everything about Christmas. When Simon and I were living in London and it was our first year celebrating Christmas together we decided we needed to purchase a tree and all the trimmings. So off we went on the bus to John Lewis in Oxford Street, which is the central shopping area of London.... Together we wandered through the stunning Christmas department, taking in all the sparkle and joy that this time of year brings. After selecting the one (tree) and decorations, we departed the store realising that there was no way we were going to be able to take our new purchases on the bus. We made it back to our apartment and spend the remainder of the evening setting up our tree for the first time. Twelve years later Different Country In our own home With our two kidlets We still together put up the same tree, a few more decorations that we have collected over the years, and just a slight decoration plan, due to little Miss Two, and it brings the same joy it did on that very first Christmas together.
