11.01.2022 Unilateral training is really humbling. Just when you think your strong-ish, BAM Not so strong. Its a great way to strengthen your weaker side and even out any imbalances. For me, my left (non dominant) side is weaker. If your not incorporating it into your training, I would highly recommend it . . Second week into practising pistol squats.
