22.01.2022 After not having been to a hairdressers for almost a year it was time to give Emma a complete makeover with a full head of back to back foils and a base break toner to ensure a nice, natural even blend

22.01.2022 Sometimes more work and effort has to go into making a very slight simple change than it does to making a big one. Mel came to her appointment yesterday and wanted to add some depth and contrast to her blonde. So I did a full head of back to back super (weave) fine foils consisting of 3 colours:one natural, one ash, one gold. Her 8 week regrowth blended perfect and gave the perfect root stretch and the result is flawless both Mel and I were super happy with the result. Emma went from black to natural grey in just 2 sittings. Please read below Every hairdresser out there has at least 1 client or 7 that want that perfect pastel shade or that clean icy white blonde (in one sitting night I add) we are in no way shape or form you this isnt doable HOWEVER!!!! What we are telling you and what I am a stylist is begging you to please understand is: NOT EVERYTHING IS AS IT SEEMS!!!!! Take for example the photo I have reposted from the beautiful @jellydevote in her photo she ...clearly states that this is a filter, she also references said filter again in the second photo I have provided. Sure this colour looks great, sure this colour is achievable (on some, for a short amount of time, with the right home hair care) but thats not the message Im trying to get across here what I am asking you is please be reasonable, please understand that if we say it will take more than one sitting its because we know what we are talking about and please PLEASE for the love of god! 14.01.2022 All to often hairdressers have to fight to prove our worth/prices! So many times I hear but its just Hair or why so expensive so when I see/hear of work in photos 4 and 5, it really disappoints/upsets me. Any good hairdresser and blonde client know that being blonde takes time, money, and a whole lot of home hair care! Something my gorgeous new client @supremetrash knows all to well so when she had some old pink in her hair and that she wanted removed, rather than doin...g it herself at home and risk a multitude of disasters she found a salon local to her and asked them to remove the pink! The result? Less than pleasing (insert photos 4 and 5 In a panic the next day Lyss googled salons close to her work and found me and lucky for her I had a spot I could squeeze her into and boy am I thankful I could!
