08.01.2022 #4 BREATHWORK - breathwork is a tool where you consciously alter your breath to change your state of mind. It is a great tool to help reduce tension and anxiety. This has been a tool I have been exploring recently for practicing self-care. I invite you to give it a go if you feel called to and let us know what you think

03.01.2022 #8 MEDITATION - one of the most peaceful places I find to mediate is on the beach - listening to the waves helps soothe. The reasons I meditate are because it helps with Anxiety, promotes Emotional Health, enhances Self-Awareness and reduces stress. So many free resources and apps that can help you learn this skill. It’s something you can do anywhere to help you stay calm throughout the day - for example a quick 5 minutes in the car just to centre yourself before going into work (make sure the car is off if you close your eyes during meditation ) Try it and see what you think!
