Your ability to recognise when you are in each different zone will be pivotal to making progress. It is difficult to be ON all the time. It is equally as detrimental to be OFF or lazy for extended periods. Creating seasons for yourself where you know you are going to commit to the process and times when you know you are going to relax is a great way to have long term progress.

Although we started as a CrossFit gym we both felt that there was more to movement and training than just CrossFit (although we both love it). The X was both a recognition of this and so much more 'X’ is the unknown quantity, or the untapped potential in all of us to become a better athlete. 'X’ is indefinable, it can be anyone... The logo represents the letter X but it is ultimately made up of 4 quadrants, Each quadrant represents an element of our values: Effort, Sho-Shin, Community and Strength It also represents the ‘X’ that is written at the end of messages with friends and family. 12.01.2022 Men, this is for you. Come join us for the sixth edition of our WPN Sessions Perth event. As our commitment to being part of the solution to helping men with their mental health and well being, we believe these type of community events are essential as a place for men to come together.... Our aim is to create a community where men can have a space to show up and connect with other like minded men, whilst sharing valuable tips to help them become more physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. The morning will start with a fun and challenging Functional HIIT workout run by the coaches at Athlete X ( all fitness levels welcome ). We will then go into some movement exploration, focusing on mobility and how we move. This will be followed by a Men's Circle, where will come together after our workout and there will be a space to share any wins and/or challenges that we are currently going through. For those who haven't sat in a Men's Circle before, this is about coming together in a relaxed atmosphere to create a safe space for whoever feels the need to share about what's going on in their lives.
