25.01.2022 **IMPORTANT and URGENT UPDATE** Good morning dancers and families, In light of this morning’s COVID-19 (Caronavirus) press conference from our State Premier Daniel Andrews, we have decided to cancel Irish Dancing classes tonight for Monday 16th March 2020 AND for the rest of Term 1. ... We do not wish to cause panic or alarm. We are doing this as a cautionary response and by taking into account everyone’s health, we believe this is the most responsible action to take under the circumstances. Right now, we are seeking to find information on St Patrick’s Day and if this will be cancelled and we will update this post when we have good information. Thank you for your understanding. We all know we would much rather be dancing! We will keep you updated on classes as better information and Government guidelines come through. Until then, stay safe and well! Jeremy and Emily
24.01.2022 Hello Dancers and Families! We hope you are all doing well. A brief announcement before we send out official information. Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we will not be running face to face classes at the Eastwood Street Leisure Center during Term 2. However! We WILL be running online classes and these WILL start this week. 22.01.2022 Hello dancers and families! In case you have missed previous posts, we are still running classes Via Zoom every Monday night. We have similar levels as previous: beginner / intermediate / advanced each for 1 hour and the term fees are reduced. Our dedicated students have been continuing their learning and it’s been vital for many of us during this time. Jeremy is available for 30 minute private lessons on Mondays if you would like to progress quicker, learn more dances and achieve a new level. Please contact us if you would like any more details

14.01.2022 Hello dancers and families! Concert ticket info below: Our tickets for our end of year concert go on sale tomorrow. Available to purchase ONLY in person on Monday 18th and 25th November and Monday 2nd December at dancing. Please see Emily. ... Tickets will NOT be available for sale on the night of the concert. We have LIMITED tickets so do not miss out. Tickets are $30 each per person or $25 per person if you purchase 4 or more. CASH only and correct change would be appreciated. There are no discounts for kids unfortunately as every seat counts. However, babies/small toddlers/under 2’s CAN sit on your lap. If they sit on your lap, there’s no ticket charge, but you must inform us if this is going to happen. IMPORTANT! In previous years we allocated 2 tickets per student - this is not happening this year. Because of the limited number of tickets we cannot hold tickets. Please do not lose your tickets once given to you - they MUST be presented on the night to our usher. Hopefully this answers all of your questions. We look forward to seeing you this week

Please download, install and setup your Zoom account on either your phone or laptop. It won’t take very long. Zoom gives us the opportunity to interact with each other and see students. 12.01.2022 Happy New Year! Just a quick note ... Monday 3 February between 5-6pm will be new enrolments. This will take place at the Eastwood Leisure Complex. (please note existing students do not need to re-enrol)... Classes will commence the following week Monday 10 February.
09.01.2022 Hello dancers and families! We just want to update you on the situation with COVID-19 (Caronavirus). We take the health of our dancers and families seriously, and from now we will be implementing the following rules until we receive further information on how to proceed from the Australian Government. ... Classes for the time being will run as scheduled, with tomorrow night being a learning night, 430pm - 6pm Beginners, 6pm - 730pm Intermediates, 730pm - 9pm Advanced. 1. All students and teachers will be required to wash their hands before commencing class. 2. All students are requested to not have direct physical contact with each other. No holding hands, no high fives, hugs or shaking hands. Please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand or give high fives! We will find another way to spread joy during this time! 3. If you have flu symptoms, please stay home and rest. 4. Please ensure you take ALL of your personal belongings after class. 5. Any water bottles or food containers without a name will be disposed of - no exceptions. 6. Please bring a clean towel to wipe yourself if you are sweaty. 7. If you are not a dancer, please respectfully minimize your time in the hall with us. We will be monitoring the situation closely over the coming few days and keep you updated on how we will respond. 07.01.2022 Hello dancers!! Happy New Year!! Hope you’re ready to get back into dancing next week! This is an update to get you ready before class on Monday 10th. You’ll receive a full update next Monday with our newsletter.... Enrollments: New students, You can still enrol next week! Please come between 430pm - 515pm. We’ve made some changes to the class schedule! Class Schedule: **Week A** Tinies: 4+ years: 430pm - 5pm Beginners: 430pm - 6pm (runs alongside Tinies) Intermediate: 6pm - 730pm Advanced / Adults: 730pm - 9pm **Week B** Tinies: 4+ years: 430pm - 5pm All Ages Practice: 5pm - 730pm Please note! Beginners and Intermediates are OPEN AGE classes. You need prior competency in Beginner dancers to participate in Intermediate and so on and so forth. Adults / 18+ years can attend the Advanced / Adults class to learn their Beginner dances. We have restructured our curriculum for each level and you must demonstrate competency in 90% of the dances for that level before moving to the next level / grade. We will only teach certain dances at each level. You may find that you have missed some dances from a previous level and we are happy for you to do both classes! More dancing! More learning! No additional term fee! Please PRIVATE message us to find out what level you are in as there will be a crossover.
