24.01.2022 I have yet to use my Thermomix to make coconut yoghurt. I will definitely be trying to make this live...or the replay! Do you make your own coconut yoghurt? If so, what's your favourite recipe?

24.01.2022 A first for me today, well actually two.. Making pate with beef liver rather than chicken liver. And adding a whole avocado to it. I was inspired to try this version after a presenter at the 2021 AIP Summit made it. Pate is such a nutrient dense food. Is it something you include in your diet?

Here are some non food ways to try kick start the feel good chemicals. Often a multipronged approach is required if you have digestive issues.

02.01.2022 Making dietary and lifestyle changes can often be overwhelming. The importance of small or baby steps in achieving a much larger goal can not be overlooked. Often the small steps are seen as too simple or basic to work when dealing with a chronic issue yet the large steps inhibit/prohibit people from even starting.
