22.01.2022 If you're thinking of setting up a membership model business you're going to have to make a decision of how regularly you're going to charge your members Lemme tell you there are pros and cons to each. MONTHLY + Pros, affordable & consistent. - Cons, people come and go & you'll be dealing with more credit card declines.... QUARTERLY + Pros, locks people in to give them a good go with your service and you get bigger up front payment. If you have content they can't read and leave. Still gives some flexibility for people to leave. - Cons, sometimes people will miss the payment reminder emails and get annoyed. ANNUALLY + Pros, you get a bigger upfront payment, saves people money if you give them some off of paying up front. You've got the member in for a year. - Cons, sometimes people miss the payment reminder emails and get annoyed. Might ask for a refund half way if they stop using your product. The sweet spot is having a mixture of Monthly and Annually or Quarterly and Annually. But remember, to always set up payment reminder emails for quarterly and annually to give your members the heads up , it's just good business . If you wanna have a chat about a idea you have about a membership and how they work I've had nearly four years experience now of running them and I learnt ALOT of things along the way . Or if you need some help setting a membership site up, we have an option for every budget & would love to help you bring your dream to life . Book in for an hour's consult or a FREE 15 minute chat We can't wait to serve you! Have a fab weekend! 20.01.2022 So membership are all the rage ATM. Setting it up, joining recurring revenue each month... It's a business owners dream. But let's be real hear. Like any business memberships have their ups & downs ... So what are they? From someone whose ran a membership for fours year now this is my honest take... Ups - Recurring revenue, build beautiful communities, wow your members again & again with your awesomeness! Less is more!... Downs - Once you've sold, you need to sell again and again to keep members commited, we call this retention rates, you do need to find a way to create content that doesn't burn you out. Chasing up payments, and having a good customer service system in place REALLY helps! There are many different types of memberships you can offer and lots of different ways you can do them. But for me, theses are the basic ups and downs. They are hard work! No set and forget. If you wanna chat more about memberships and if they are a good fit for you and your biz book in for a free 15 min consult through the link below . I'd love to help bring your vision to life and save you from making the same mistakes I have. SJ P.S. Tomorrow I will be going live on our FB page to answer some questions about marketing automations, pop your questions below of you have any www.theautomationgirl.com
20.01.2022 Quick 5 tips for setting up your sales page... 1. Make sure you have a product or service that people want. 2. Get a professional to write your sales copy (this is the most important thing to get right), not everyone (including you) are great at wooing your clients with amazing words, leave that to those who rock at it. ... 3. Get a designer & web developer to turn the amazing copy into something your key audience are going to resonate with. 4. Tell people WHAT to do next... Buy a ticket, save your spot, make your investment. <<< Believe it or not, people forget to do this . 5. TEST TEST TEST Make sure everything on your sales page works and that payments process & the welcome experience is nice. BONUS TIP**** Make sure you send plenty of traffic to your sales page, it's the only real way to test to see if it converts the more traffic the better and people won't know it's there unless you send them to it (another thing people forget to do and yet still SUPER important) Happy Thursday!
