16.01.2022 Starting to wind down for the holidays here and Terry wanted to share a couple of driving tips to help keep you safe on the roads in this busy season. Tip 1: Sounds strange but I discovered years ago when driving down the Midlands Hwy through torrential rain at night (almost being blinded by the lights of oncoming cars) I reached for my sunglasses on the dashboard and surprisingly I could see very clearly through the glare. So keep your sunglasses in your car. Tip 2: When servicing cars at The Automotive Workshop we always check the wipers but often on a test drive I find the inside of the windscreens on 50% of the cars I drive need cleaning. When the sun is low in the sky the glare can be blinding so always a good one to check before you set off on a long drive.
