16.01.2022 BRUNCH BOX UDPATE!! Hey fam - weve made a few exciting changes to the Brunch Box! We have kept the beloved crumpets with pistachio praline and croissants, but mixed up the savoury component! Now you can enjoy cornbread waffles with thick cut bacon, southwest slaw and fried eggs. PLUS you can now recreate our crowd favourite mushie toastie using english muffins, roasted field mushrooms, truffle puree, caramelised onion and halloumi! These will be available to order on the website by tomorrow arvo for next weekend!

Firstly, thank you to our wonderful team who, despite their own personal stresses, had each others back during this stressful time. And secondly, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to the community who rallied behind us. This time has grounded us, it has helped us remember why we are here and to get back to what hospitality is all about serving you all, and helping the community. See you all soon! It’s been a busy and overwhelming time navigating this strange new world we all find ourselves in, so in order to get on top of it, make a few changes and adapt our business, we will need to close the doors for a week from this Tuesday. 04.01.2022 It’s not very often that someone of Hanna’s talent comes our way. We have been so lucky to have had this superstar sharing her talent with us for the past 2 years. Han is extremely creative, hardworking and just an all round legend. Her blooms that graced the front of our shop will carry on through one of her floristry friends but we will definitely miss this beautiful soul. 04.01.2022 Introducing one of our new(er) members of the team, Ching! If youve had the pleasure of meeting Ching, you will know she is an absolute gun when it comes to coffee. Born in Hong Kong, she moved to Australia and found herself working in a Melbourne cafe in 2017 where she had her first experience with specialty coffee. Having studied Biology at uni she was fascinated with the science behind coffee and this is where her passion began. Lucky for us though, Ching now calls Newcastle home, where she works as one of our awesome Baristas and is an absolute legend who studies the crap out of coffee in her spare time (thanks for the quote Ben). Say hi to Ching next time youre in!
