14.01.2022 The Avenue superleggera - Ed and Chris - entertaining a post-covidly-packed Swordfish (ie 18 people 2m apart) bar last night. Thanks to everyone who came out.

12.01.2022 The Avenue superleggera part 2 - And we’re back ... This Saturday evening from about 7.30pm at least 4 of us will be playing the venue which gave us a start. (Current regulations make a full drum kit a bit impractical) Slightly differently though - The Avenue has booked a table and we’re setting up only 2 microphones - we’ll be playing mini sets of songs swapping between different combinations of players and singers. Should be fun... relaxed, mostly acoustic, except for Chri...s who likes to make noise. Hope to see you there!

07.01.2022 Hey Guys, Hope everyone is happy and healthy with the easing of lockdown. Just so you know, Ed and Chris will be playing at the Swordfish bar in Mornington on Saturday. Bookings are required - tables are still available 6pm and 8pm. ... Great pizza and tapas, cocktails, wines and beers. This won’t be the full Avenue sound, more relaxed acoustic feel, we’ll be kicking off around 6pm! Hope to see some familiar faces!

07.01.2022 Saturday Night! Swordfish Bar mornington. The Avenue superleggera project continues. 2 of us will be playing from 6pm, for 2 dinner sittings. The 2 will change through the night, as all of us will be there at some point! These nights are really fun, and there are still places available for the second sitting at 8pm. A chance to hear your Avenue favourites in a more relaxed format, and some new songs.. ... Hope to see you there.

Great wine, there’s local beer available too, they have a beautiful grasses area to sit and enjoy the (hopefully!!) sunny weather and dance to your favourite tunes.
