20.01.2022 We are still open for business, and making your safety a priority. If you'd like to come into our rooms we have expanded our opening hours to include limited consulting on Saturday mornings. However if you'd prefer to stay at home we can come to you, either in person or online. Give our rooms a call to discuss the option of home visits or Telehealth consultations via Zoom or Skype. Both can be claimed through private health insurance.... Stay well everyone.

09.01.2022 WE ARE STILL OPEN, ready and able to help you with any aches, pains or injuries you may have. With the current stage 3 restrictions that are in place you are still allowed to leave your home to attend a health-related service. Unfortunately injuries and pain can still happen, even with the vastly different lifestyles that we are now living. Using a laptop on the couch can be awkward and uncomfortable, spending extra time in the garden can make even the strongest back sore, an...d trying to do your new exercise routine in the loungeroom won't always go smoothly. We're still here to help you. Although we've considered closing the clinic we have elected to remain open for one important reason- to offer everyone the option of having musculoskeletal problems assessed and treated without having to wait in a GP’s waiting room or a hospital’s Emergency Department. These are areas that otherwise healthy people should definitely be staying away from. The outcome of a visit to these places is usually a referral to physiotherapy anyway. Your treatment options: 1. In rooms If you’d like to make an appointment and attend our consulting rooms in person, know that they have never been cleaner. Our conversations are conducted with seats positioned well apart, and I will wear an N95 face mask any time the 1.5m separation needs to be breached for hands-on contact. Hand washing is performed before and after every consultation. 2. Home visit If you’d rather not leave the comfort and safety of your own home, then we could arrange a home visit. I can bring a clean portable treatment couch, the necessary stock, masks and gloves and we can conduct a normal consultation in an environment that you feel safe in. There will be no additional charge for travel. 3. Telehealth Another option is having a consultation via Skype or Zoom. Although the hands-on component will obviously missing we can still achieve a lot through education / advice, the development of self-management strategies, and exercise prescription. The technology is relatively easy to use, and we can step you through it if you haven’t used it before. Don’t let your injuries or pains go untreated at this time. Contact Craig directly on 0409 176 477 if you'd like to discuss your problem and the best management option for you. Best wishes and stay well.

09.01.2022 So nice to see a number of positive Google reviews being posted in recent weeks. Obviously they are helpful from a marketing perspective, but far more importantly it means I've been able to make a difference to some of the people I see. That's the reason I joined this profession so many years ago! Thank you to those people who took the time to share their experience. It is much appreciated
