23.01.2022 Christmas & School Holidays are nearly here & even though we can’t travel too far there may still be a trip locally in the making. It has been a challenging yea...r for most & our holidays will seem a lot more important this time around. These are some must haves from the starter bundles - Holidays, especially Christmas is a time of indulgence. Keep Digize nearby as the one to go to after that amazing Christmas feast that we seem to inhale like there is never going to be another feed again - A lot of us take turns when it comes to hosting Christmas & sometimes that means long car rides PanAway is the one to go to for everything from falling over ‘tired’ in the neighbours vege patch to sleeping on strange beds with dodgy pillows or when the kids scrape their knees after running around all hyped up on sugar. - Traditionally used in aromatherapy to reduce symptoms of stress, calm nerves & a great antiseptic for minor cuts & abrasions (for when we fall over ‘tired’ in the neighbours vege patch) - The morning after the night before Frankincense is traditionally used in aromatherapy to enhance nerve function get those babies firing again to start round 2 of Christmas Celebrations 1. Fill the bathroom sink with hot water 2. Add 1-2 drops of this amazing oil 3. Grab a towel, place your head over the water & then put the towel over your head so the steam stays in (similar to what grandma used to do when we had a cold & popped the Vix in the hot water that nearly blew your head off) 4. Stay for anywhere between 2-5 minutes. The steam opens up your pores and lets the oils work there magic on the skin & gets those nerves firing. 5. When you’re done, drain the sink and splash your face with cold water to close the pores - Rolled along jawline before bed & applied multiple times throughout the day - Well it does what it says on the label whether it is Christmas or not this is one to have on your person at all times *NB* always put where the sun doesn’t shine this has Lime in it which is a photosensitive oil & reacts to sunlight so pop it on your shoulders under your shirt or even on your feet (as long as you aren’t still upside down ‘tired’ in your neighbours vege patch when the sun comes up) Peace & Calming - This is the one to go to the night before Christmas to get those hyped up kids/grandkids to sleep on time.
