25.01.2022 I'm having one of those days. I must have 'tweaked' my lower back yesterday somehow. Today my back is painful. I'll be wearing my Back Sleeper tonight to avoid sleeping on my stomach, the worst position for my back but the one I find hardest to avoid on my own! http://thebacksleeper.com/about-back-sleeping/

25.01.2022 Do you like sleeping on your stomach? Well you might not like it so much if you knew it is a major source of face & chest wrinkles as we age! It's true unfortunately. If you spend 8 out of every 24 hours each day with you face & chest squashed up because you sleep on your stomach then those sleep lines will turn into permanent wrinkles on your face and chest in time. So don't sleep on your stomach! Easier said than done I know, especially if it's a long term sleep habit. ... If you need some help to stay on your back through the night then you should try The Back Sleeper. This simple and effective sleep positing device will make sleeping on your stomach uncomfortable so you stop doing it! Available online for worldwide delivery here:http://thebacksleeper.com

Instead, try to sleep on your back for optimum back and neck posture and to avoid wrinkles. If you absolutely must sleep on your side, invest in a satin or silk pillow which will be kinder to your skin." See more at: https://www.harleymedical.co.uk//how-to-do-anti-ageing-in-

07.01.2022 I learnt something new about sleep today courtesy of Michael Schaefer, MD, Director of Musculoskeletal Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Cleveland Clinic. "Joints swell at night, and motion gradually lubricates them and keeps the fluids moving round, Dr. Schaefer says. When you stop moving, they can swell more. This can cause stiffness and pain, he says." There you go!
