08.01.2022 Another Filipino dessert we have previously softly introduced are "Sylvanas". Sylvanas are frozen cookies of cashew meringue wafers filled with buttercream and coated with cookie crumbs. Though sylvanas are normally bigger in size similar to standard cookies, we have made them bite sized to make them easier and more delightful to eat. They come plain or topped with sugar candies to suit the occassion. ... P.S.
