22.01.2022 Refreshing? Seriously, there is absolutely no sustainability (or sanity) in reducing food to numbers and becoming an unhappy, obsessed stressball. Learn about what YOUR body wants. And LISTEN to how much it needs. Check out the Back 2 Basics course and learn how to live healthy for LIFE. Not just for the next 8 or 12 weeks.

21.01.2022 If you've decided to make better choices this year... don't make it an 'I'll make healthy choices until xyz.' Turn the statement around so it becomes a habit you commit to ongoing Say goodbye to the merry go round. Try a different affirmation instead like... 'I make healthy choices so I feel good inside and out.' And choosing a healthy lifestyle does not mean never eating cake again... Book your appointment with us here: https://buff.ly/3sfDXYi

18.01.2022 Anyone else pulled out the slippers and jumpers again this week? A few of our 'summer' plans had to be delayed with the rain so baking was in order. Anyone else making some handmade Christmas gifts? So far, we've done Christmas bark, shortbread, and curry pastes. Merry Christmas folks!

18.01.2022 Bahahaha anyone else? Adapt to what you have on hand... if there are 10 steps I'll always shortcut so there are only 5!

11.01.2022 Welcome to our page, where we do real not fake. Where things aren't photoshopped. Where there are veggies on a plate and a side of cheesecake on occasion. This was our New Year's Eve by the way. We had some fab fish n chips and woke up the next day and got on with things. I wish that were the case for so many people I speak to. The spiral of guilt that they are trapped in breaks my heart. And it turns into a never-ending roundabout of self-sabotage. Which continues to lead to zero progress. I'll always be here to say 'it's what you do most of the time that matters.' And 'your relationship with food is just as important as the food itself.'

08.01.2022 Going from zero to hero overnight is pretty hard. You can't change your entire lifestyle in 1 hit. Start small. Keep adding things in. For me right now, I'm totally focused on ALWAYS having my water bottle with me. It sounds lame. It's not as exciting and glamorous as the 'new you' every other program is promising you. But it works. #itsthehabitsthatcount

04.01.2022 Confession; the only way I eat kale is when it's accompanied by avocado and halloumi cheese! It's not my fav but every now and then I'll get some into me.

03.01.2022 Boxing day is for wearing matchy-matchy Christmas PJs and taking long naps :) #grandparents

03.01.2022 #olivescience courtesy of @olive_wellness_institute. A timely reminder. Eat fresh food. Enjoy it mindfully. Share it with loved ones. Equals a recipe for simple, good health. It's not that complicated really. Please don't beat yourself up, agonize over every little mouthful, and stress about food this Christmas. Make peace with yourself and what's on your plate.

02.01.2022 Something we say to clients time and time again... if your goal is to find your healthy weight range this year, give it time. Life is NOT the Biggest Loser. Consider where you are right now (and this is more than how much you weigh, it's about how you feel too). How long did it take you to get to that point? When did you last feel well? Was it 10 years ago? 15 years ago? 3 years ago? So it's going to take longer than a month to get back there again. In fact, the slower the better we say. We want those habits and changes to stick. It's the journey. Not the destination.
