25.01.2022 Heavy Metal 3 With less than a month to go we hope everyone’s preparations are going well. Competitors please keep an eye out for emails over the coming weeks and please double check you have filled out your registration we’re still waiting for a couple. There will be more information in the emails however to address a couple of FAQs please read below.... - We’re still under covid restrictions and unless things change we’re capped at a capacity of 120 people. - Unfortunately once the gym fills with competitors, their helpers and our staff we’re not going to be able to have spectators. - The event will be live streamed! - You’re more than welcome to come and check the gym and equipment out however please message beforehand. - There will be coffee and food available throughout the day. - The first person to comment Yeah Buddy wins a shaker from Power Supps Hamilton for reading this far down. Our plan is to do a custom logo and shirt order each year that’s only available for order once. We will also be printing this on a banner to hang at the gym. 14.01.2022 Let’s go! From 6pm tonight our doors are back open (yay) but not without some adjustments (boo). Please read below and action on them.... Everyone must wear a mask at all times unless you’re doing strenuous exercise or out of breath, so basically masks on unless you’re doing a set or just after when catching your breath. Everyone must scan and fill out the QR code form when entering the gym, even members. Everyone must continue to bring a towel and wipe down all equipment after use and practice social distancing. We are excited to be back open after the long weekend and hopefully common sense prevails so that we can begin training without masks on ASAP. Cya soon!

13.01.2022 For the uninitiated gyms and especially warehouse gyms can be seen as scary places, we are on a mission to change that. Everyone’s welcome at our gym it doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned powerlifter like Simone, just starting out in strength sports like Bear or just want a place to squat and pat dogs. Competition time! Whoever can guess the combined total weight of these two or whoever comes closest by midday tomorrow wins this Power Supps Hamilton shaker!
