What we are looking for: - Minimum 12 months barista level experience ... - Ability to work with a team - Make good quality coffee under pressure (latte art is appreciated but definitely not required to apply) - Give great customer service under pressure - Looking for a big smile - Are comfortable to set, adjust and correct grinder settings - Excellent organisation and communication skills - Daily opening and closing of the cafe (including coffee machine) - Clean and well presented workspace You will also be required to move into other roles of the cafe.
