13.01.2022 What a difference a Year makes!!! Now for something a bit different, I've created a Virtual Time Capsule. The idea is that you add your goals for the year, a photo and it becomes sealed. 12.01.2022 What is a Reach Goal? I want you to set a few goals that you can reach in six weeks time. Now a goal can be anything but lets make it realistic and measurable. But I want you to write it down and share it with me. Now we are adding accountability. ... Now lets make it rewarding. Feeling better and looking better. Sounds good? So what are mine? I've put on a bit too much weight since covid so I need to do something about it. Weight isn't a great indicator though so I will also set a goal about measurement. I think it might be about my waist! So my first goal is about weight and my waist size. I need to change my habits. I'm doing too much siting (and working). I think this has been a major factor in my weight gain. Also I've been a bit lethargic and trying to correct this with food! So I've got some new goals. Introduce exercise back into my life. Little bits to start with. But I need to do some work on my hips cause due to my excessive sitting and snacking I've lost a lot of strength in my hips, glutes and lower abs. So I have some new goals: I need to do 4 x 10 min body-weight exercises a week to strengthen this area. I also need to review my eating habits. I need to understand what I'm doing wrong. Why do I feel lethargic after eating? Why I feel hungry in my head not my stomach? So I need a new eating plan and time with a dietitian. New goal. Yes I'm busy with family, friends and work but I need to devote at least 20 mins a day to me. I will be better at everything else. 6 week Reach Goals: Hip,glutes and lower ab exercises 4 times a week Min 20 min exercise every day Learn about what foods make me lethargic Change eating and record what I eat for six weeks Meet with Claire Ward at the start of 6 weeks, mid way and at the end of 6 weeks Lose 6 or more kilos Do 20 clean pushups Lose 6 cms off my waist 15 Kerries! Level 7 in the Plank and Pushup Count Down Want me to help with your goals and also follow my progress?
