What a fantastic weekend with the ladies and my bestie retreat partner Carol an original My Kitchen Rules contes...tant we were blessed to learn some fab healthy recipes and cook together, eat together, Barre/ Yoga/ Pilates/ meditation.... heavenly! Feeling so blessed and grateful that we could do this in Sydney in such trying times. See more

18.01.2022 Hello beautiful #barreaddicts! Our lovely studios are still open and available to you! We do however ask that you keep a keen eye on the schedule over the comi...ng days as some classes may be cancelled or altered. We are here to support your health and are, as always, actively working to keep the studios clean, sanitised spaces that you can work out in safely and confidently. Our floors are being regularly washed, barres and communal surfaces (iPad, door handles etc) disinfected between every class, cloths changed regularly, spray bottle mixture strengthened and hand sanitiser is a must before and after class - we have a big bottle out for use. We will also ask that you wipe down your equipment as well as your mat. Our instructors are also being mindful of their own health so will self isolate where necessary and will make every effort not to tactile (touch) correct you during classes. While you might be tempted to give up on exercise, please remember exercise, rest and good nutrition are the best defences for strengthening the immune system, and keeping your body and mind well. If you have issues attending your booked classes please make sure to late cancel rather than no show as a courtesy to us as we best direct our resources to keep our small, family run business going in these anxious times. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, we are here to help. We are a community and all need to take care of each other.
