11.01.2022 Join Trudy in our exciting new Aqua Tabata class! This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a form of interval training which is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. This class allows you to blast away the calories and increase endurance, performance and general fitness. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this class will provide what you are looking for. And of course there's music so also expect to have a lot of fun!!

09.01.2022 Why not start your children's swimming lessons early in our water babies classes! This class gets them comfortable in the water with songs and fun activities for only $17.50 for regular bookings and $19.50 for casuals!

07.01.2022 We are seeking qualified and experienced instructors to join our swim school team on a casual basis. We are seeking individuals who have an interest in learning our program, and who are willing to continue to build on their skills and knowledge. Applicants must have already obtained their AUSTSWIM - teaching of swimming and water safety, current first aid, current CPR and current DCSI clearance. The role will require you to be available over a 7 day roster ranging from both morning and afternoon shifts. A minimum of 1 year experience and waterbabies qualified is preferred, but not necessary.
