21.01.2022 Something to fill the gap from the cancellation of The Bead Show
20.01.2022 It is with a great deal of disappointment that we find ourselves having to inform you that all Bead Shows have been cancelled. First Please note:- The Bead Show and The Melbourne Bead Expo are not the same company so please continue to support The Melbourne Bead Expo which is held in November each year and run by The Bead Society of Victoria... To run a show we need the support of Bead Suppliers. For Bead Suppliers to support shows they need the beading public supporting the shows. Support from both sides is not at a sustainable level. We have given our best over the last 2 years to try to get these shows off the ground but unfortunately our efforts have proved to be not enough. The beading community is not big enough or interested enough to support our bead shows anymore and this applies to both sides the seller and the buyer. It has been great getting to know some our best bead suppliers in Australia and we thank you for your support and we hope that our paths will still cross somewhere in this big country of ours. To our faithful supporters, it has been wonderful reading all of your comments on Facebook and we thank you for all the likes and the sharing of our posts. The excitement you brought with you to the shows had been special to share in and we have enjoyed meeting you all and we will miss all of your happy faces. We wish you all happy beading. 19.01.2022 The first show for The Bead Show is May 13th to 15th in Marrickville. Who's coming? Melbourne is next from July 1st to 3rd and then we are back to Marrickville in September from 16th to 18th. We are looking forward to catching up with you all.

17.01.2022 If you missed our Newsletter you might not know about this new Bead and Buy Show. Have a day out beading with friends and also have 4 great bead exhibitors there for you to buy from and chat to. There is nothing better than seeing and touching before you buy. Prue and Jo will be there and we hope you can come to.
14.01.2022 In 2016 The Bead Shows were cancelled. Jo (Cranberry )Prue (Beads2Go) now run with the addition of Kay (Kay’s Artycles) a small event called Bead and Buy held in Melbourne. 2019 dates are now released and to find out more about Bead and Buy check out www.beadandbuy.com or their Facebook Page of the same name. We would love to see you at these events.

10.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all from Jo, Prue and The Bead Show. May your Christmas be full of love, fun and laughter and we wish for you all that you wish for yourselves for 2016. We look forward to meeting with you all in 2016 for a year of beading fun together.
07.01.2022 Its Fathers Day today so give Dad a treat and bring him to The Bead Show. If you bring Dad and the kids they can come in free - nows that's a treat that doesn't come around often. The Bead Show is at Marrickville Town Hall from 10am to 4pm today Sunday September 6th.
07.01.2022 We are pleased to present Sea Dragon by Regina Krawets the winning piece for the Inspired Colours Beading Competition for 2015. You can view all the entries at The Bead Show Marrickville Town Hall Sept 4th to 6th. The top ten entries will be on our website to inspire you. The theme for 2016 is Inspired Colours: Fun & Laughter so start beading now. Competition is now open.
