24.01.2022 goodbye winter dullness & hello glowing skin! getting summer ready by incorporating some dry body brushing & sugar scrubs into my daily shower! why dry body brush? ... help reduce the appearance of cellulite eliminates dead skin enhances circulation + cleansing of the lymphatic system rejuvenates the nervous system sugar scrub recipe 125gm raw sugar 30 gm coconut oil (melted) 15 drops grapefruit oil mix in jar with lid so you can keep airtight for a few uses. i used grapefruit but you could use lime too! add a little desiccated coconut if making a lime one - it will remind transport you to relaxing tropical holidays i dry brushed with the scrub before turning on the shower always brushing toward the heart. my skin feels so nourished & alive! dry brushing will feel quite harsh the first few times but you will get use to it bron x

19.01.2022 do you paint your own nails? want to know a simple ingredient you can use to strip the polish but isn't a nasty solvent? some nail polish removers have harsh chemicals that may cause r espiratory, liv er & kid ney toxicity and are not assessed for safety.... try this. if you have a bottle of lemongrass essential oil (i'm talking good quality pure oil not cheap shop oils) add a drop on each nail and leave for approx 30 secs + give the nail a good rub to remove the polish! low toxic so naturally better for your body! these incredible gel polish nails are clearly not my work however I choose low toxic where I can and these are by my arteest friend over at @franzi_and_co who only opts for the best vegan & low toxic products she can source bron x #goldcoastnails

05.01.2022 ok, i ain't no hair stylist but i am getting asked a lot how i curl my hair.... so here goes just a ghd flat iron... section hair starting from base. curl with iron vertical curl away from face & then back towards let cool 20 mins gently comb curls out or run fingers through that's it. takes me no time at all. i make a cawfee in between bron x
