17.01.2022 How lucky are we to have 900+ species of eucalyptus/gums/mallee’s to play with? I never get tired of their unique colours, shapes, smells flowers and barks. They support koalas, birds, sugar gliders, possums, numbats, bees and ants to name a few. What a species!

02.01.2022 Oh hello indigo australis I found a sweet little grove of this on a walk the other day. The flowers are so pretty and smell divine. Use the leaves for the dye. I didn’t harvest any as they were in flower and not much foliage, didn’t seem right. I have a huge plant at home and some seeds from it too. Maybe I’ll plant my own grove at home @ Mt Alexander Regional Park
