05.01.2022 Do you suffer eczema or dry skin? Your skins water holding capacity is most likely decreased thus, it becomes dry, scaley and itchy seen in all cases of eczema. To improve this we need to increase the skins barrier function thus, increasing the skin cells membrane fluidity to allow water and electrolytes to flow in easily to hydrating the cell, thus your skin. How do we do this?... Increasing omega 3’s in your diet.this increasable and healthy type of fat (lipid) is incorporated in your skin cells outer layer and increases the health of cells immediately. 02.01.2022 If only we looked like calm & fierce in a ice bath! Have you jumped in the bay recently here in Melbourne? As the weather gets its becoming a lot easier to enjoy a plunge in the bay. It was my escape the ordinary challenge over lockdown and it has had amazing benefits especially at this time in Isolation when Ive felt anxious & unmotivated. It can also ease sore & achie muscles, helps with your central nervous system & limits the inflammation of your body which is something we could be suffering at the moment in isolation. Highly recommend to go get salty when the sun is out so amazing for our mind & spirit
