22.01.2022 Online bookings are now open!! Here is the run down Our booking policy A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all bookings at The Beauty Extract. ... A $200 non-refundable booking deposit is required for all initial cosmetic tattoo appointments. All other treatments require a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the treatment / service fee. Your booking deposit can move with your appointment should you need to reschedule. If rescheduling is undertaken within 24 hours* prior to your appointment time, you will lose your booking deposit and a new booking deposit will be required for the new appointment. *48 hours for cosmetic tattoo appointments. No shows or cancellations made inside the 4 hours prior to any appointment will result in your booking deposit being forfeited, in addition to the remainder of the service cost being charged. Late arrival may result in a cancellation of your appointment/s and require payment of the full-service fee. If your booking deposit is not paid, your appointment is not confirmed. Bookings made online are pencilled in and you will be notified via email once confirmed or if we need to tweak the booking. You can make your online bookings up to 3 months ahead. Booking deposits are non-refundable and can be used towards other services if there is a change of mind. We understand that certain situations are inevitable in this pandemic but we kindly ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you are unwell and we will do our best to accomodate.
