22.01.2022 There is nothing like homemade Granola. Here’s a great recipe to have on hand and fill your jars with. Recipe -3 cups Rolled Oats -1 cup Almonds -1 cup Buckwheat -1/2 cup Coconut Salted Caramel Sauce... -1/4 cup coconut oil -1 tsp Vanilla Bean extract -1 tsp Sea Salt Directions - Pre heat oven to 180’ - Line baking tray with paper - Mix dry ingredients - Add wet ingredients - Mix til coated we’ll - Press onto tray in thin layer - Bake for 30-35mins or til golden - Leave to cool and break apart You can also add dried fruits, coconut flakes or dark choc flakes for different flavours. Enjoy on top of yogurt with fruit or as as easy snack on the go

It’s so amazing what whole foods can do for the body and mind!!!!! This is Caitlin Roses story ........ ... "Last year I made a decision that it was time to get my health and wellness back on track after years of not being in control of my mind, feelings or emotions at all. 3.5 years in fact, of being on antidepressants. I originally went on them to assist with depression and anxiety that I had had for years. Back then I didn’t know what I do now about western medicine and pharmaceuticals, or know the power of a holistic approach to health and wellness. I was presented with the fruit and veg capsules by a girl I had met a few months back, whom I trusted. We had a call and I signed up straight away, I had a good feeling about them and thought I would at least get back the energy I lacked, as well as my general well-being. About four weeks into the capsules I decided it was time to come off the antidepressants, as I knew they didn’t align with me anymore. I began the process of weaning myself off them, which I think took about 6 weeks all up, as I allowed my body to get up to speed with the changes properly. My energy came back completely in full swing around this time, I had forgotten what it felt like to not drink 3 cups of coffee a day to survive, as well as my skin clearing up completely after years of trying all of the recommended skin products and having them all fail. I also no longer wear makeup everyday after hiding behind it my whole life. Then one day whilst I was on holidays, I forgot to take the antidepressants at all. I didn’t even realise for 7 days either, so I took that as my subconscious deciding it no longer needed them. So I kept going, even when the withdrawals started to kick in. And that was 4 months ago!
