21.01.2022 Dear Client In light of the recent case of coronavirus,I would like to ensure that your health and safety is my top priority. I wanted to assure my clients that I am following strict hygiene practices in the salon but I am also kindly asking for your help and co-operation. PLEASE if you are unwell or have family members that are,I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment allowing as much notice as possible(24+hrs notice helps greatly) to reschedule other clients.... Please kindly cancel your appointment and reschedule at The Beauty Room if you are generally unwell have recently returned from overseas have flu like symptoms have sick family members have come into contact recently with a suspected coronavirus case. I also ask for your help in washing your hands thoroughly before and during your time in the salon and use hand sanitizers when available. When possible please come to your appointments on your own during this time so we can minimize risk with unwell children or friends in the waiting area. 20.01.2022 Well what an exciting day for my industry and my little salon.. I am so excited to announce that I will be open from 1st June! It has been a long 8 weeks but I have been busy with a little reno on the salon and I can’t wait to welcome all of my beautiful clients back. 08.01.2022 So it is with a heavy heart that I will close my doors of my salon this evening.I am riding the wave of emotion at present like I’m sure most of my industry is feeling today. Thankyou for everything.I have been inundated with messages and calls of support and love today and I will endeavor to get back to everyone.My clients with current bookings I will be in contact with you over the coming days.I will still be able to trade in retail for now so if you are after your products... I can offer a home delivery service. It’s going to be a strange new existence for a lot of us.Unemployment is a new term for me so I certainly have a lot to process and work through over the next few days.If you don’t hear back from me straight away I will just be taking the time to decompress and spend some much needed time with my boys. If your lucky enough to have work and are in the position to stay at home,please don’t judge others that have to work, we would all stay at home if we could but we are all not in this position to do so. Many of us have lost our income and our livelihood and it may be a very long time before we see that repair. Look after yourselves,loved ones and our vulnerable.Im going to miss you all,your not only my clients but my wonderful friends.Lets pray that all of this will be resolved quickly.I will recover and be back to welcome you all in again soon. 04.01.2022 What an awsome week I have had in the salon,an incredible 78hrs to be exact!! Im tired but feeling incredibly happy as I sign off for another wonderful year.I feel very blessed to have such beautiful clients who really are wonderful friends.Thankyou for continuing to support me and my little shop.I feel so grateful to share in all of your lives. I have missed my boys all week so can’t wait to finally settle in put on a Christmas movie and enjoy lots of snuggles. Wishing you all a Christmas filled with love and laughter.
