It pains us to write this message for the second time this year but we welcome these much needed restrictions in order to overcome this critical state of emergency. 16.01.2022 To all our new followers.. this is key ~EDUCATION~ We get asked a lot if we do SNS nails or if we will ever be introducing SNS nails. The short answer is NO. At The Beauty Tribe we only offer nail services that are minimum of 5 chemical free ensuring the health of our clients nails. SNS main ingredient is Eythl 2-Cyanoacrylate which is a Super Glue substance. Then Polymer which is the acrylic powder used to dip your nails into. The acrylic powder with the super glue embed...s into your nail plate and therefore its super strong and doesnt lift. * BUT how do you get it off? The nail must be filed down, most often with an electric file to remove the layers that have embedded into the nail plate with approx 25-35 layers of nail plate which can quickly be removed. Slowly you are thinning out your nails and allowing the nasty chemicals to seep into the nail cells. The only healthy part of SNS nails is the cuticle oil applied onto the nails after the treatment. * Why we choose Bio Sculpture as one of our main Gel services. Gel is applied over the nail plate and therefore not embedded into layers of your nail plate. Its removed WITHOUT an electric file. * Our favourite part of Bio Sculpture EVO is the Oxygenating Base, a MEDICAL GRADE formulation, infused with Vitamin A & E that will migrate through the nail plate even after curing.
