17.01.2022 This amazing piece of beef went out to one of of good friends this weekend. Its a beautiful grass fed beef rib eye encased in a decadent bone marrow butter. Our friend @healesvillehermit is sadly leaving the valley this week and I hope heading for Gippsland and bigger and better things to come. I hope you enjoyed this with a nice red and good friends. Following yesterdays announcement from the premier, we wanted to reassure all our wonderful customers that we will remain OPEN throughout the stage 4 lockdown. There will be no significant changes for us that we haven't already put in place over the last six months. As per the chief medical officers advice face... masks must be worn in the store "no mask, no entry" Hand sanitize upon entry and only 2 customers in the shop at a time please. These measures are in place to protect our staff and our customers and we thank you for respecting these rules. We are still offering our home delivery service if you don't want to come out we can deliver to you. We will be delivering to Healesville, Badger Creek, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Toolangi, Dixons Creek and Yarra Glen on Fridays. simply place your order before midday for next day delivery. You have supported us throughout this extraordinary year and for that we are truly great full. So we will be there Friday between 2.00 and 2.30 for order pick ups. Please place your orders before 5.00pm Wedneday for Friday delivery. You can place your orders by giving us a call on 5962 4905. I am working on making a stock sheet available but in the meantime we have a full range of everything and will be happy to discuss with you what you need. Just wantes to remind all our wonderful customers that we will be CLOSED this Saturday the 6th and Monday the 8th as we take a little break for the long weekend. So remember you can stock up with all your winter warmers before Saturday. We've got lots to choose from for the slow cooker from lamb shanks and shoulders to diced beef and briskets all perfect for warming you up in these cold winters days. If you can't come in we are still offering our home delivery service Healesville and surrounds on Wednesday Thursday and Friday and to our friends in Toolangi on Friday. 05.01.2022 Well we've been doing a few deliveries already over the last few weeks but this week we really want to ramp it up. Starting this Monday we will be taking orders for local home delivery. Delivery days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to the local areas of Healesville, Badger Creek, Chum Creek, Yarra Glen,Toolangi and Gruyer. We would ask that you phone through to the shop on 5962 4905 and get your orders in the day before so we have enough time to get them ready and organize our delivery run. Payments can be made over the phone to help keep drop off completely contactless. We have lots in stock and will be able to accommodate your needs. We're rolling into Easter this weekend so we are taking seafood orders now. Our wonderful suppliers @redcoralseafood will be sourcing us our usual supply of Flathead, gummy flake, barramundi, and Ora King Salmon. We'll also have some Smoked Cod and the girls from @abitofjamandpickle are putting together some fish pies. Looking forw...ard to those. We will be CLOSED this weekend but we are taking orders now. With it being Easter and a short week, we are going to modify our delivery days this week. We will be delivering to Healesville, Chum Creek, Badger Creek Toolangi and Yarra Glen all on Thursday this week. So please if you would like your meat delivered this week we would need orders placed no later than 12.00pm Wednesday and if you'd like any seafood added we'd really like to know no later than Tuesday.
