To the Cranbourne Skin Cancer Centre About a month ago I was walking past these guys just getting some fresh air and the thought dawned on me that I needed to get a mole checked (been meaning to for a few years), and I should take the opportunity while Im here to book it in. A few days later came the appointment. Within minutes I was under the knife having a lump removed the size of a 50 cent piece. The Doc, I dont think being too impressed I had left it this lo...ng, assures me it wasnt good, but would be ok. Results came back and they were all clear for any spread, and all I have left in that spot now was a 9cm scar, or as I will refer to it, where I was stabbed. The Cranbourne Skin Cancer Centre as a whole have been amazing, nurses brilliant. And I get to hang out under this cool disco lamp!! Moral is dont leave it, get it checked while you can. Its not going to get better on its own!! #cancersucks #getchecked #slipslopslap
